Embodiment Construction

[0030] figure 1 (A) to (F) are a series of diagrams showing a hydraulic sinus compression technique to place implants that can be used in the 5-in-1 implant procedure.

[0031] The maxillary sinus has a sinus membrane that forms a barrier between the sinus points and the surrounding bone. The posterior alveolar bone is substantially thicker than the rest of the crestal bone and therefore does not provide sufficient bone thickness to permanently place a dental implant. A traditional approach, placing an implant in this thin bone, utilizes a sinus elevation procedure that involves breaking the bone while hopefully not piercing the membrane, then removing the bone to allow access to the sinus membrane, and then The membrane is cut or peeled away from the attached bone. This approach is both invasive and more surgically involved and requires additional procedures. figure 1 Examples include a hydraulic sinus elevation procedure, which is less invasive and can also be utilized in...

Abstract

The invention provides a dental implant method which comprises the steps: ;extracting a tooth from the dental alveoli, drilling a hole passing through the dental alveoli ridge at top of the dental alveoli, passing pulsating water through the hole from the dental alveoli ridge, separating the nasal sinuses membrane from the dental alveoli ridge to push away the nasal sinuses membrane, filling bone mixture between the nasal sinuses membrane and the dental alveoli ridge to increase thickness of the dental alveoli ridge, excavating the hole to form a first diameter, and implanting a dental implant body with thread and side cutting part in the hole. After implanting the dental implant body, gum tissue approach to the gullet bone of the dental alveoli is cut to vertically transplant to adjacent to the dental implant body. Through the method, one dental implant body can be implanted in one surgery operation.

Description

[0001] The priority of this application is submitted on November 6, 2008 to the U.S. Patent Application No. 12 / 265,854 titled "Quick Dental Drill Bit", and to the U.S. Patent Application No. 12 / 657,046 titled "Dental Implant" on January 1, 2009. Roots," and US Patent Application No. 11 / 564,911, filed November 30, 2006, entitled "Roots for Dental Implants," the entire contents of each case are hereby incorporated by reference. technical field [0002] The present invention relates to dental procedures and equipment, and more particularly to implant methods for elevating a sinus membrane and applying bone grafts to a sinus. Background technique [0003] Dental implants have become a better solution to problems caused by dentures. General dental implants are made of titanium, which is a highly biocompatible material when installed in the human body, but will not decompose into toxic organisms. Therefore, dental implants, after correct surgery, can provide a success rate close ...
