A self-positioning and self-starting, tapered thread, orthodontic bone screw (25) for use in intra-oral corrections that serves as a craniomaxillofacial rigid post for orthodontic appliance fixation. The invention relates to a lay down method for model used in detecting cell differentiation function and the method includes the following steps: (1) preparing heelpiece, enamel matrix protein (EMPs) and myeloid stroma cell; (2) covering the heelsurface of the said heelpiece with EMPs; (3) inoculating the myeloid stroma cell on the heelpiece surface obtained by step (2); (4) placing the heelpiece obtained by step (3) into the politef film pocket; (5) placing the heelpiece covered by the pocket under naked mouse skin. The advantages of this invention include connecting the cell culture in vitro and growth in vivo, insulating the impact of naked mouse cell with screen film and inspecting the impact of EMPs to the marrow stroma cell differentiation, which consequently can provide effective research model for studying EMPs application mechanism. At the 8th week of the experiment, different histological structures are formed by different processing groups and the cellular cementum samples are formed on the heelsurface trained by EMPs, which indicates that the EMPs can improve the marrow stroma cell differentiation to the cementoblastoma and also indicates that the research model is successful.

The tantalum alloy is prepared through two steps of mechanical alloying (MA) and spark plasma sintering (SPS). The compressive strength of the tantalum alloy is 700-1200 MPa, the elasticity modulus of the tantalum alloy is 6-15 GPa, the elasticity modulus of the tantalum alloy is matched with a human bone, the defect that a stress shielding effect is generated between an implant and a bone interface after the implant with high elasticity modulus is implanted is overcome, meanwhile, postoperative infection caused by a medical metal tantalum implant is reduced, and the service life of the implant is prolonged; the tantalum alloy has excellent antibacterial performance, corrosion resistance and biocompatibility, the antibacterial rate is increased along with increase of the copper content, the antibacterial rate of escherichia coli can reach 92.6%, and the antibacterial rate of staphylococcus aureus can reach 84.6%. The tantalum alloy is very suitable for being used as a medical implant material of dentale.
