Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of cable, more particularly to a fatigue bending-resistant cable capable of being used for a long term in the environment with the temperature ranging from -60 to 260 DEG C and or in machine lubricating oil with the temperature ranging from -60 to 120 DEG C, and also to one-time direct extrusion technology (JYZJ-2 technology) of insulating layer for the cable. The cable comprises conductors, an insulating layer and a sheath layer. A plurality of strands of conductors (typically 3 to 60 strands) are arrayed in parallel, simultaneously, the insulating layer is directly extruded outside the conductors at a time, and the sheath layer (optional) is then extruded outside the insulating layer. The insulating layer and the sheath layer enable the cable to become elastic, fatigue bending-resistant high temperature ribbon flat cable.
