Problems solved by technology

[0008] 1) The traditional aerial photogrammetry method is suitable for large-scale three-dimensional modeling, and the operation time is long and the accuracy is low. The modeling accuracy cannot meet the modeling accuracy requirements of the substation;
[0009] 2) Using the method of total station observation for 3D modeling, although the measurement accuracy is high, for substations with very complex structures, the labor intensity is high, the modeling time is long, the realization is difficult, and the work efficiency is low
[0010] 3) Carry out 3D modeling according to the design drawings, although it is convenient, the modeling speed is fast, and the model effect is good, but the model is not measured on the spot, so the model is only for demonstration and publicity, and cannot meet the management requirements of the substation

Embodiment Construction

[0037] The workflow of substation 3D modeling using laser 3D scanning technology is shown in figure 1 . The present invention utilizes laser three-dimensional scanning technology to carry out the method for substation three-dimensional modeling as follows:

[0038] a. Establishment of substation three-dimensional measurement control network

[0039] (a1) According to conventional geodetic surveying methods and procedures, conduct on-site reconnaissance first, understand the on-site situation, and formulate a detailed measurement plan; take pictures on-site, and prepare materials for the later three-dimensional model texture;

[0040] (a2) Lay out survey control points, and number all control points, assuming that two of them are known points, establish a local three-dimensional coordinate system of the substation; use total station to measure the plane coordinates of control points, and use level to measure its elevation, through conventional Geodetic surveying method to obt...

Abstract

The invention discloses a building method of a transformer substation three-dimensional model by using a laser three-dimensional scanning technique, comprising the following steps: 1) building a transformer substation three-dimensional measuring and controlling network; 2) collecting the point cloud data of a laser three-dimensional scanner; 3) carrying out indoor-processing on the point cloud data; 4) generating partition computer aided design (CAD) three-dimensional models; and 5) merging the partition models. The method of the invention can effectively realize the quality control of the laser three-dimensional scanning point cloud data, and enhancing the splicing efficiency of the point cloud data. The method of partitioning and modeling at first proposed in the invention greatly enhances the modeling efficiency of the transformer substation three-dimensional model, and the working process proposed in the invention ensures high accuracy and high efficiency aiming at the transformer substation. The building of the transformer substation three-dimensional model can be used in the scientific management and analysis of the transformer substation, as well as in the solving and decision-making of training, showing, operating, rebuilding, expanding and general engineering problems. The method meets the developing demands of standardization, intensification and high technicalization of the transformer substation, and has significant potential economic benefit.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for using a laser three-dimensional scanner to measure a substation on site, and adopts related software to establish a true three-dimensional model of the substation, belonging to the technical field of "geographical information system" in the subject of "surveying and mapping". Background technique [0002] The scenery in the real world is three-dimensional, so it is practical to reconstruct the objective scenery in the computer. [0003] In the subject of surveying and mapping, the traditional 3D modeling method is mainly realized by aerial photogrammetry. For example, in foreign countries, in 1997, Grau reconstructed the surface of buildings by using aerial images to extract the minimum information in 3D scenes. In 2000, Pollefeys et al. also studied the method of using aerial images to reconstruct 3D scenes. In China, in 2005, Liu Yawen and others discussed a new way of using maps and single images for 3D reconst...
