The multiuser scheduling method comprises the following steps of: selecting at least one user to be scheduled as group leadership users; aiming at each group leadership user, searching out group member users corresponding to the group leadership users from a preset quantity of users to be scheduled beyond the group leadership users according to system capacity, and forming candidate user groups by utilizing the group leadership users and the corresponding group member users thereof; selecting the candidate user groups with the maximum system capacity as a user group to be scheduled; and then carrying out zero forcing based beam forming by utilizing all the users in the scheduled user group selected by the multiuser scheduling method.
