The invention relates to a driving controller of a stepping motor, structurally comprising a stepping motor control circuit and a stepping motor drive circuit which are integrated on a circuit board, wherein the stepping motor control circuit comprises a programmable CPU chip, a typical peripheral working circuit thereof, a communication port extending chip and a communication interface, wherein the programmable CPU chip extends the communication interface with an upper computer through the communication port extending chip and is solidified with working software and an identification number or an address number; the stepping motor drive circuit comprises a stepping motor drive chip, a typical peripheral working circuit thereof and a stepping motor interface, wherein enabling, pulse and direction pins of the stepping motor drive chip are connected with the I/O (Input/Output) port of the programmable CPU chip; and the stepping motor interface is directly led out by the stepping motor drive chip.
