Abstract

The invention discloses an electric connector, which can be arranged on a horizontal circuit board and can be butted and matched with a butt connector along the horizontal direction in parallel to the circuit board. The electric connection is composed of an insulating base body with a pair of butt interfaces and an inner connector arranged in the insulating base body, wherein the inner connector is arranged at the lower side of the butt interfaces and is provided with butt interfaces in stackable arrangement with the above butt interfaces; the inner connector comprises an insulator body formed by a split die in the horizontal direction and multiple conductive terminals arranged in the insulator body; the inner connector also comprises a positioning piece capable of positioning the multiple conductive terminals so as to facilitate the conductive terminals to be arranged on the circuit board; and the insulator body comprises two positioning blocks at different positions so as to position the positioning piece in the insulator body and position the insulator body in the insulating base body, thus facilitating forming of the insulator body.
