Abstract

The invention discloses a filtration system of a mis-telecommand scheduling end of a transformer substation, which is connected with an supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system and comprises a real-time data acquisition module, a telecommand processing center module, a telecommand display and confirmation module and a history management module, and an expert processing system comprises a signal analyzing and processing knowledge base, a signal analysis module and a human-computer interface. The invention also discloses a filtration method of the mis-telecommand scheduling end of the transformer substation, comprising the following steps: 1. the real-time data acquisition module collects power grid static information and real-time telemetering telecommand data information in the SCADA system; 2. when the expert processing system in telecommand processing center module analysis judges whether the real-time telemetering telecommand data information is a normal telecommand signal or a mis-telecommand signal; and 3. the telecommand display and confirmation module marks the signal which is judged to be in normal telecommand as a normal telecommand signal mark, marks the signal which is judged to be in mis-telecommand as a mis-telecommand signal and filters the mis-telecommand signal. The accuracy rate of the system signal and the power grid scheduling efficiency are improved by using the system and the method.
