The method, the device and the system for allocating a time slot port number of the invention realize automatically acquiring the time slot port number, increase the allocating efficiency of the time slot port number because the operation of manually allocating the time slot port number through a network management system is unnecessary, and the error rate for allocating the time slot port number is decreased because no operator takes part in allocation process.
