[0019] Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention

[0020] According to the present invention, a method for controlling the temperature of hot water when a hot water supply system uses hot water at a low flow rate. The hot water supply system includes: a flow sensor for measuring the flow rate of water flowing into the hot water supply system; a heat exchanger for transferring heat from a heating device to the incoming water; a water tank for temporarily storing the hot water supply system water in; a temperature sensor installed at a predetermined position of the pipeline through which the water flows; a controller with an input unit allowing the user to input a desired condition; and a pump installed at the first connection formed in the outlet pipeline. On the bifurcation point and the pipeline formed at the second bifurcation point of the inlet pipeline, the method includes: using a flow sensor to measure the flow rate of water flowing into the hot water supply system; when ...

Abstract

The present invention relates to a method of controlling the temperature of hot water for using hot water at a low-flow rate in a hot water supply system. The hot water supply system includes: a flow sensor; a heat exchanger; a water tank, a temperature sensor; a controller having an input unit; and a pump that is disposed in a pipe line connecting a first diverging point formed at a pipe line for an outlet and a second diverging point formed at a pipe line for an inlet. The method includes: measuring the flow rate of water flowing into the hot water supply system, using the flow sensor; preheating-circulating the water in the hot water supply system through an internal circulation path connecting the first diverging point, the second diverging point, and the heat exchanger, using the pump, after the controller stops the combustion of the heating device when the measured flow rate is an operation flow rate of the water supply system or less; measuring the temperature of the water circulating, using the temperature sensor; and setting predetermined temperature above user set-temperature as preheating circulation-off temperature and predetermined temperature below the set temperature as preheating circulation-on temperature, and then starting operation of the heating device when the temperature measured by the temperature sensor is preheating circulation-on temperature or less and stopping the operation of the heating device when the measured temperature is the preheating circulation-off temperature or more, using the controller.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a method for controlling the temperature of hot water when a hot water supply system uses hot water at a low flow rate, which makes it possible to supply hot water at a temperature required by users at a low flow rate Water is used at low flow. Background technique [0002] Typically, hot water supply systems (hereafter, "water heaters") operate by igniting heating devices (hereafter, "burners") after detecting the flow and flow of incoming water, and then using heat exchangers to transfer the heat from the burners to the incoming water. The water in the water heater supplies hot water to the user while controlling the temperature of the hot water to be the temperature required by the user. However, when the amount of hot water used by the user is small, making it difficult to detect the flow and flow rate of water, or when the hot water is used at a low flow rate, making it difficult to ignite the adding device even i...
