Abstract

The invention discloses low-cost carbon fiber reinforced concrete and a preparation method and application thereof. The low-cost carbon fiber reinforced concrete is prepared from six components: 410-510kg/m<3> of cement (A); dispersant (B) accounting for 5wt%-15wt% of cement; water reducing agent (C) accounting for 0.5%-2.0% of the total weight of the component A and the component B; water (D) accounting for 30wt%-40wt% of cement; sand and stones (E); and low-cost carbon fiber (F) accounting for 0.5vol.%-2vol.% of the concrete, wherein according to that 1m<3> of the concrete is 2400kg, the sum of the total weight of sand and stones and the total weight of the component A, the component B and the component D is 2400kg, and sand accounts for 30%-40% (sand rate) of the total weight of sand and stones. In the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the high mechanical properties of carbon fiber is fully utilized to increase the toughness of the concrete; the single-recipe preparation cost of the carbon fiber concrete is reduced by 50%; and the low-cost carbon fiber reinforced concrete has the advantages of good quality, simple preparation process, low cost and the like, and is suitable for wide popularization and application.
