Problems solved by technology

However, in the process of planting, a large number of branches of Cinnamomum paliscens are pruned every year, which causes a serious waste of resources. If the branches of Cinnamomum paliscens can be fully studied and utilized, it will be beneficial to alleviating the shortage of Cinnamomum paliscens resources and its Sustainability is of great significance

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of research and development of medicinal products. The invention relates to a syringin extracting process, which comprises: grinding syringa amurensis branches to 40 meshes, soaking the ground syringa amurensis branches in 54 to 60 percent ethanol in an amount which is 17 to 21 times that of ground syringa amurensis branches for 1 to 2 hours, performing ultrasonic extraction for 80 to 90 minutes at 30 DEG C under a ultrasonic power of 80w, filtering and obtaining ethanol extract; recovering ethanol solvent to obtain concentrated solution; adding water into the concentrated solution to dilute the concentrated solution, filtering to obtain supernate; loading the supernate onto a D101 macroporous adsorption resin column for absorption; eluting by using distilled water, 10 percent ethanol respectively to obtain 10-percent ethanol eluent, subjecting the 10-percent ethanol eluent to JTY-1 reverse-phase resin column chromatography, collecting eluent, recovering solvent to obtain coarse crystals, and recrystallizing in a methanol solvent to obtain syringing. The product of the invention has anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving and anti-cancer activities and a liver-protecting function. The product of the process is suitable for industrial production.

Description

A kind of extraction process of syringin technical field The invention belongs to the technical field of research and development of pharmaceutical products. The invention relates to a process for extracting syringin. The product of the invention has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-cancer activity and hepatoprotective effect, and the product of the invention is suitable for industrial production. Background technique Syringa Reticulata (Syringa Reticulata), also known as Paomazi and White Lilac, is a plant of the genus Syringa in the family Oleaceae. Bitter in the mouth, slightly cold in nature. It is mainly distributed in the mountainous areas south of the Xiaoxing'an Mountains, and only sporadically distributed in the Greater Khingan Mountains; in addition, it is also distributed in Jilin, Liaoning, North China, Northwest China, Central China, North Korea, the Far East of Russia, and Japan. Beautiful tree appearance, strong flower fragrance, can be used as nectar p...
