Abstract

The in-stator slot oil cooled high power density permanent magnet synchronous motor comprises a shell, a front end cover, a rear end cover, a rotor, a stator, a shaft and the like, and is characterized in that: the two ends of the stator are provided with a front oil guide casing and a rear oil guide casing; an oil inlet is formed on the front oil guide casing and the shell; a return opening is formed on the rear oil guide casing and the shell; axial oil ducts are formed in a stator slot directly by utilizing winding spaces; and cooling oil flows into the front oil guide casing from the oil inlet under the action of a pressure, flows into the axial oil ducts from an end part and finally flows back to an oil chamber from the return opening on the rear oil guide casing. Windings on the end parts of the cooled motor can be effectively cooled, and the tooth parts of the motor and the windings in the slot also can be cooled, so the method for designing the in-stator slot oil cooling can greatly reduce temperature rise in the motor and improve the power density of the motor.
