Abstract

The invention discloses an AA3 type flow injection analyzer-based method for measuring total nitrogen content of soil in the technical field of environment detection. The method comprises the following steps of: oxidizing fresh soil sample granules by concentrated sulfuric acid and perchloric acid, performing fixed volume filtration, tanking out 2 to 3mL of filtrate, mixing the filtrate and 4mol/L of NaOH solution uniformly in equal volume, and filtering the mixed solution to obtain soil sample digestion solution; and preparing standard series solution with proper ammonium nitrogen according to the ammonium nitrogen concentration in the digestion solution, introducing the sample, measuring the ammonium nitrogen concentration in the soil sample digestion solution according to a method for measuring the ammonium nitrogen content of a water sample by using an AA3 type flow injection analyzer, and finally calculating the total nitrogen content of the soil sample. The method can quickly, accurately and massively measure the total nitrogen content of the soil of various types, and saves time and labor.
