Problems solved by technology

At the same time, the chrysalis chrysalis reared with the concentric knot as the host is large in size, bright in color and strong in activity. Instar larvae develop 5-8 days slower than on milkweed

Embodiment Construction

[0023] The technology of double-host rotation and large-scale artificial rearing of Pseudomonas spp., the specific steps are as follows:

[0024] (1) Choose a sunny place with an ambient temperature of 18-30°C, a humidity of 65-85%, an average annual sunshine time of 2,000 hours, a good water supply, fertile soil, and an environment suitable for the growth of host plants to build a breeding garden;

[0025] (2) As the host plant for eggs and young larvae, milkweed with a large amount of eggs, high survival rate from eggs to young larvae, and fast development is selected, and its planting area accounts for 10-20% of the breeding garden area; Concentric knots that grow rapidly, are easy to manage, and are suitable for feeding on middle-aged and senior-aged larvae are host plants for middle- and senior-aged larvae, and their planting area accounts for 25-30% of the breeding garden area;

[0026] (3) The butterfly adults used as butterflies are kept in the sunny net room, suppleme...

Abstract

The invention relates to a technology for artificially feeding euploea core on a scale by double-host alternation, comprising the steps of: building a culture garden; selecting asclepias as host plants for spawns and low instar larvae and selecting plant parsonsia as the host plants for middle and higher instar larvae; feeding butterfly adults of breeding butterflies in a net room exposed to the sun and placing foods; sterilizing potted asclepias and putting in the breeding butterfly feeding net room for the oviposition of the breeding butterflies; covering asclepias plants having spawns by utilizing bags and transferring to a larva feeding room; feeding the larvae on the potted asclepias till 2-3 instars; transferring the larvae on the plant parsonsia in the culture garden, covering by utilizing the bags and stocking till 5 instars; collecting the 5-instar larvae and transferring to a butterfly pupation room; feeding the 5-instar larvae by utilizing young shoots or blades of the parsonsia to pupate, picking breeding pupae, putting in a packing box and transferring the pupae waiting for eclosion to an eclosion room; and collecting and processing eclosion butterflies. By means of the technology provided by the invention, the culture time is shortened; while the host plant managing cost is lowered, the yield and the quality of the butterflies are enhanced; and high-quality adultbutterflies can be steadily and perennially supplied. The technology provided by the invention has the characteristics of novelty, science and rationality, low cost, high larva developing speed and high yield and quality of the adult butterflies and is a novel, strong-operability, standard, high-quality and high-efficiency artificial feeding technology for the euploea core.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a technique for artificially raising the phantom purple butterfly, in particular to a technique for artificially raising the phantom purple butterfly on a large scale in rotation with two hosts. Background technique [0002] Butterfly is a general term for insects of the order Haemidocera. There are about 16,000-20,000 known species in the world, and there are more than 2,000 species in China. Many butterflies have beautiful wings, and their flying posture is either elegant or lively, and they are known as "flying flowers". Since ancient times, butterflies have been the incarnation of beauty and the symbol of love. The stories of "Liang Zhu turned into a butterfly" and "Zhuang Zhou's dream of a butterfly" are almost widely known, providing an endless source for literature and art. Due to the high collection, viewing, craft, ecological, social and economic value of butterflies, the butterfly industry has developed rapidly and ...
