Abstract

The invention relates to a desalination protection method of ocean effluent ceramic, mainly comprising the following steps of: (1) removing sediments positioned on the surface of the ocean effluent ceramic, and carrying out water solution standing desalination; (2) alternately soaking the ocean effluent ceramic subjected to the water solution standing desalination by adopting cold-hot water, and soaking by adopting ultrasonic waves; and (3) when the conductivity of a soaking water solution is stable and tends to 1 microsecond/cm, reaching a desalination end point when a remaining total salt amount is less than 500 micrograms/g. In the invention, the desalination process is monitored in real time by utilizing a conductivity meter and an ion chromatography tester and a foundation for judging the desalination end point is provided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a desalination protection method for ceramics, and more specifically, relates to a desalination protection method for marine outflow ceramics. Background technique [0002] As we all know, the ocean itself is a huge and stable body of water rich in electrolyte solution, which is a unique solution composed of solvent (water) and complex chemical mixture (99.9% sea salt), particulate matter and air bubbles. Any kind of substance will be dissolved to varying degrees in the process of contacting seawater, and even the metal ions on the metal surface will be released and involved in the corrosion reaction. This damage from seawater itself is mainly due to the chemical, physical and biological interactions in seawater. And the damage to various cultural relics that have been hidden for hundreds or even thousands of years can be imagined. Because of this, since the beginning of the world's underwater archaeological work, the desalin...
