Rapidly-ascending pressure can form strong impact to clogging, slowly-descending pressure does not cause the water in the capillaries behind the pulse valves to generate 'springback' which can form negative pressure at the water outlets of the water irrigators, and therefore the negative pressure suction type clogging of the water outlets is avoided. The subsurface water irrigators with capillaries which are provided with longitudinal seams are adopted, the longitudinal-seam water outlets open and close under the action of pulse water flow, and the mechanical pull force and the impact force of the water flow jointly act on the water outlets so that the anti-clogging performance is excellent. The impulse frequency is adjustable in a large range, and under the same water irrigation intensity, the pulse frequency can be slowed down; and the subsurface water irrigators with large water outlet diameter are adopted to constitute the pulse subsurface irrigation system without filters.
