The fabric is woven by warp yarns and weft yarns, wherein the weft yarns comprise Coolmax filament fiber. By selecting the Coolmax filament fiber for product development of the yarn-dyed shirt shell fabric, the effect of moisture absorption and perspiration and the performance of wrinkle resistance of the yarn-dyed shirt shell fabric can be improved, and various performance requirements can be met by adjusting the arrangement mode of the Coolmax filament fiber in a weft direction and the proportion of raw materials; the performance of wrinkle resistance can be further reflected by increasing the twist and the fineness of the Coolmax filament fiber; the alkali deweighting processing is performed on the Coolmax filament fiber in the weft yarns to reflect the comfortableness of the yarn-dyed shirt shell fabric; and the functions of moisture absorption and perspiration of the yarn-dyed shirt shell fabric after being performed by deweighting processing can be obviously improved.
