moisture absorption and sweat releasing layer are woven into a whole by weft knitting double-layer tissues; a minimum circulation unit of the weft knitting double-layer weave comprises twelve loop-forming systems, the first loop-forming
system, the third loop-forming
system, the fifth loop-forming
system, the seventh loop-forming system, the ninth loop-forming system and the eleventh loop-forming system form a
moisture absorption layer through weaving, the second loop-forming system, the fourth loop-forming system, the sixth loop-forming system, the eighth loop-forming system, the tenth loop-forming system and the twelfth loop-forming system form a moisture absorption and sweat releasing layer through weaving, and hydrophobic cotton
yarn is fed into the first loop-forming system and the seventh loop-forming system for weaving. Composite
yarn is fed into the third-path looping system, the fifth-path looping system, the ninth-path looping system and the eleventh-path looping system for weaving, the composite
yarn comprises a
COOLMAX filament and a pure cotton yarn, and the
COOLMAX filament and the pure cotton yarn are spirally wound with each other; moisture absorption and sweat releasing filaments are fed into the second loop forming system, the fourth loop forming system, the sixth loop forming system, the eighth loop forming system, the tenth loop forming system and the twelfth loop forming system for weaving, the
skin layers of the moisture absorption and sweat releasing filaments are
lithium chloride modified EVOH, the core
layers of the moisture absorption and sweat releasing filaments are composite fibers of
skin-core structures of hydrophilic
polyester, and a plurality of micropores are distributed in the surfaces of the hydrophilic
polyester; the fabric is
skin-friendly, comfortable and good in moisture absorption and sweat releasing performance.
