The device comprises a belt conveyor (5) used for conveying the coins, a feeding mechanism (1) arrangedat an inlet end of the belt conveyor, a single-layer spreading scraper-plate mechanism (2) arranged above the belt conveyor, a visual inspection device (3) arranged above the belt conveyor and positioned at the rear end of the single-layer spreading scraper-plate mechanism (2), a rejecting device (4) arranged at an outlet end of the belt conveyor, and the computer connected with the visual inspection device (3) and the rejecting device (4) in a communication way.
