The decelerating wear-resisting device provided by the invention can be directly arranged on the heated surface in the furnace so as to avoid large-area change of the heated surface, has lower cost, and is provided with the shims between the wear-resisting shroud rings so as to effectively eliminate edge wall flow wear and lateral turbulent flow wear of air flow; and in addition, the decelerating wear-resisting device has certain heat transmission performance per se, thereby effectively reducing the raising range of temperature at the dense phase area of a circulating fluidized bed after the device is installed.
