Abstract

The invention provides a gasification furnace with a tar catalytic cracking structure to solve the general problem of tar of biomass gasification furnaces. The gasification furnace comprises a furnace body, wherein the furnace body comprises a feeding hole, an ash door and a fuel gas outlet; the fuel gas outlet is communicated with a cracker with a multi-section tubular structure; the cracker is provided with a steam inlet and a second fuel gas outlet; and the cracker is arranged in the furnace body and at least one part of the cracker is exposed in the furnace body. High temperature fuel gas containing atomized tar in the furnace body is discharged through the fuel gas outlet, and enters the cracker through a gas-ash separator; at the moment, the temperature of the fuel gas is about 500-600DEG C, and the fuel gas is secondarily heated to the temperature of higher than 750DEG C by heat provided by the furnace body in the cracker; and the fuel gas is reacted with steam under the action of a catalyst, most tar in the fuel gas is cracked into combustible gases such as CO, H2 and the like, so that carbon black is reduced, and the yield of gas is improved; therefore, the gasification furnace is more convenient to use and wider in application range.
