Disclosed is a horizontal axis ocean current power generation device for an underwater vehicle. The horizontal axis ocean current power generation device is symmetrically and fixedly arranged between a front aircraft segment and a middle aircraft segment. Three unfolding mechanisms are evenly distributed and arranged in grooves in the circumference of an impeller shell of a mounting support, and blades at the top ends of the three unfolding mechanisms stretch out of the impeller shell. The unfolding mechanisms are arranged in the grooves in the circumferential surface of the impeller shell; a winding stator of an electric generator is fixedly arranged on a central shaft; the blades are affected by ocean current torque; and the blades, the mounting support and a permanent magnet rotor of the electric generator rotate jointly around the longitudinal axis of the underwater vehicle, and therefore the permanent magnet rotor of the electric generator does the relative motion relative to the winding stator. A magnetic induction line is cut so as to generate induced electromotive force, and therefore kinetic energy of the ocean current is converted into mechanical energy, and then the mechanical energy is converted into electric energy which is supplied to the underwater vehicle to be used. The invention provides a hot-line test device for leakage current of a transmission line insulator. The hot-line test device comprises a leakage current acquisition unit and a portable leakage currentmeasurement unit. The leakage current acquisition unit includes a current acquisition element, an insulated wire, and an interface unit. The current acquisition element is arranged on the insulator or a hardware fitting connecting an insulator string and an iron tower. The current acquisition element is used to collect leakage current of the insulator. The insulated wire is wrapped, attached andfixed on the iron tower. One end of the insulated wire is electrically connected to the current acquisition element. The portable leakage current measurement unit is suitable for being secured to theiron tower of a transmission line and connecting a ground terminal with the iron tower during detection. An input terminal of the portable leakage current measurement unit is electrically connected tothe other end of the insulated wire through the interface unit. The invention also provides a hot-line test method for leakage current of the transmission line insulator. The test device of the invention can measure all insulator strings on the iron tower with only a portable leakage current measurement unit, and has high efficiency and low cost.
