Abstract

The invention discloses a testing apparatus for testing the air permeability of a high barrier film. A low-pressure chamber of the testing apparatus is in a double-layered sealed structure formed by two sealing layers of an inner sealing chamber and an auxiliary sealing chamber. Two low-pressure chamber needles are connected in series in a pipeline, wherein the inner sealing chamber communicates with a vacuuming apparatus through the pipeline. A pipeline communicating with the auxiliary chamber is connected with the communicating pipeline between the two low-pressure chamber needles. A gas source valve and an isolating valve are insulated from a communicating pipeline between neighboring high-pressure needles by using a heat insulation material. The isolating valve and an emptying valve are insulated from a communicating pipeline between neighboring low-pressure needles by using a heat insulation material. A testing container and a heat insulation pipeline communicating with the testing container are placed in a heat insulation shield.
