The method comprises the following steps: picking the seed nutgall during a maturing stage of the nutgall; spreading and airing the picked seed nutgall to dissipate the heat; then placing the resulting seed nutgall in a disinfection solution to carry out a sterilizing process for 5-10 minutes, then picking up the seed nutgall, followed by carrying out draining; then loading the drained seed nutgall into a freshness-keeping film bag, and tying the bag mouth; placing the seed nutgall loaded in the freshness-keeping film bag in a freezer, and regulating and controlling the temperature of the freezer according to different freshness-keeping durations and different freshness-keeping stages, wherein the temperature of the freezer during a sweating stage is 5-10 DEG C, the temperature of the freezer during a dormancy stage is 0-8 DEG C, and the temperature of the freezer during a restoration stage is 8-15 DEGC.
