The system comprises monitoring equipment and an electric energy supervision terminal central data processor which are communicated mutually through a network, wherein the monitoring equipment is used for collecting electric energy index parameter data of a transformer substation and transmitting the electric energy index parameter data to the electric energy supervision terminal central data processor; and the electric energy index parameter data received by the electric energy supervision terminal central data processor is compared with a safety index, the electric energy index parameter data which does not conform to the safety index is intelligently identified by calling an expert database, andwhether an alarm module is started and alarm information is sent is determined by the expert database.
