According to the method disclosed by the invention, the QuEChERS and the liquid chromatography-tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry are used for determining the pesticide residues of the edible plant enzyme for the first time; at least 65 kinds of pesticide residues can be detected at the same time, an important theoretical basis is provided for detection of pesticide residues in edible plant enzymes in the future, and reference value is achieved for formulation of related pesticide residue detection standards.
