Abstract

The invention provides an integral formed optical element which is used for the light beams shaping of semiconductor laser arrays, and a system which comprises the optical element and is used for shaping the light beams of the semiconductor laser arrays which are densely lined in one dimension and two dimensions and are not densely lined in two dimensions. The optical element is made of a cuboid transparent optical material; the cuboid is uniformly divided into N layers along a thickness direction, wherein N is a natural number which is more than or equal to 2; an air gap band is contained in every layer; the inclination angles of the air gap bands in the layers are same or complementary; the band width values of the air gap bands of the layers which are sequentially lined along the thickness direction form a decreasing arithmetic progression, wherein the band width value of the air gap band in a first layer is set to be a positive number; if the symbols of the band width values of the air gap bands in two layers are same, the condition means the inclination angles of the air gap bands in the two layers are same; if the two symbols are opposite, the condition means the inclination angles of the air gap bands in the two layers are complementary; and if the band width value is zero, the condition means the layer does not contain any air gap band.
