The system comprises a hard clock module, a network clock module, a clock time correction module, a clock setting module and a system clock module. The hard clock module is used for producing the hard clock time, the network clock module is used for obtaining the network clock time, the clock time correction module is used for transmitting hard clock time correction commands after startup and transmitting network time correction commands after network activation, the clock setting module is used for respectively obtaining the hard clock time or the network clock time from the hard clock module or the network clock module as the system clock time and transmitting the system clock time after receiving the hard clock time correction commands or the network time correction commands, and the system clock module is used for receiving and storing the system clock time. Due to combination of hard clock time correction and network clock time correction, the accuracy of the electronic clock can be ensured to the largest extent.
