Abstract

The invention provides a signal demodulation method and receiving device, involving the area of communication, to solve the low resolution, inaccuracy of synchronization position, the poverty of demodulation performance of the existing receiver. The methods include, outputing at least two data samples in one symbol period after automatic gain control processing; conducting synchronization position calculation, channel estimating, and carrier to interference ratio calculation respectively with the said at least two data samples;selecting the sample data with the largest carrier to interference ratio as data to be demodulated, then, choosing the results of the channel estimation and synchronization position calculation of the said sample data to demodulate. The invention is employed for signal demodulation.
