The performance test bench comprises an installation platform, wherein an elevating platform and a cross-shaped platform are fixed on the installation platform; a loading electric spindle is arranged on a V-shaped installation frame ofthe elevating platform; a tested electric spindle is arranged on a V-shaped installation frame of the cross-shaped platform; the two ends of an elastic shaft are connected with the output ends of theloading electric spindle and the tested electric spindle; a plurality of reflecting stripes of the same shape are uniformly sprayed at symmetrical positions on the outer circumferential surfaces of the two ends of the elastic shaft with a reflecting material; an optical fiber focusing lens is arranged on a focusing lens installation frame on one side of the elastic shaft; the loading electric spindle is connected with an energy feedback device; the tested electric spindle is connected with a variable-frequency device; and the optical fiber focusing lens is connected with a measuring circuit through a photoelectric switch.
