A portable lamp with integrated planar-array LED lamp wick replaceable battery pinch plate, comprising a left cover plate (2), a right cover plate (14), a radiator (3), an electronic light-dimming component (9), a screen board component (5), a colour temperature sheet component (6) and a replaceable battery pinch plate (4), wherein the radiator (3) is provided with a light source lamp chamber that is composed of a single integrated planar-array high power LED lamp wick (8), a reflecting bowl (10) and a soft light protection sheet (7). The single integrated planar-array high power LED lamp wick (8) is electrically connected with the electronic light-dimming component (9) in the mounting cavity; the electronic light-dimming component (9) is connected with an arched electrode reed (16) whichis electrically contacted with the replaceable battery pinch plate (4) inserted on the rear part of the left cover plate (2) and the right cover plate (14). The screen board component (5) and the colour temperature sheet component (6) are movably installed in the front part of the mounting cavity. The invention has the advantages of high lighting effect, strong illumination, simple structure and small volume without glare.
