The RFID module for identifying the users is connected with the Cortex-M3 processor, the EEPROM memory for storing data is connected with the Cortex-M3 processor; the executing part comprises an AVR singlechip, a driving circuit, a positive and negative motor and a mechanical part. The AVR singlechip is connected with the Cortex-M3 processor of the main control circuit through an RS232 and receives and processes the addressing instruction and command of the Cortex-M3 processor. The AVR singlechip is connected with the positive and negative motor through the driving circuit and controls the mechanical part to act through the positive and negative motor.
