Abstract

The manipulator comprises a lifting swing air cylinder comprising a hollow piston rod, a peripheral air cylinder body and a piston body positioned between the hollow piston rod and the peripheral air cylinder body, wherein an inner cavity of the air cylinder body is separated into an upper sealing cavity and a lower sealing cavity by the piston body; the two sealing cavities are respectively provided with a guiding sleeve and a pressure air inlet; one end of the hollow piston rod is connected with an output shaft of the swing air cylinder through a meshing gear; the other end of the hollow piston rod is connected with a welding box body for supporting the welding gun; the air cylinder and a swing air cylinder body are connected witha frame, so that the lifting or the swing of the welding gun is achieved; a rotating shaft is arranged in the hollow piston rod; one end of the rotating shaft is connected with an output shaft of a motor; the other end of the rotating shaft is connected with a driving device arranged on the welding box body; the welding gun is connected with a driving belt, so that the back-and-forth movement of the welding gun is achieved; and a press foot of a steel band is arranged on the welding box body through a connecting member.
