The device comprises a water bath box and a section pulling unit, wherein, one side of the water bath box near to the upper margin of the water bath box is provided with a liquid inlet, and one side of the water bath box near to the lower margin is provided with a liquidoutlet; a recyclable or replaceable buffer solution is poured through the liquid inlet and liquid outlet, a support capable of being taken out slowly is hanged in the water bath box, and the level ofthe support is provided with a glass slide sinking to below the liquid level of the buffer solution; the pathologic tissue frozen section is placed in the buffer solution above the glass slide; the section pulling unit has a structure of scissors with handles, and the end portions of the two front forks are connected with metal wires.
