Abstract

The invention provides a manufacturing method for a craft plastic curtain. The method comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing 75 to 80 parts by weight of plastic, 5 to 8 parts by weight of pigments, 1 to 3 parts by weight of an anti-oxidant, 1 to 3 parts by weight of a foaming agent and 15 to 20 parts by weight of a fire retardant with stirring by using a sealed mixer; (2) pouring the uniformly mixed raw materials into a plastic extruder, carrying out 150 to 180 degrees of screw extrusion to obtain paste and drawing the paste into strip-shaped plastic by using a head with a diameter of 4 to 50 mm; (3) rapidly cooling the strip-shaped plastic obtained after extrusion with cooling water at normal temperature and drawing the plastic into uniform or irregular sticks under traction of a tractor; (4) chopping the sticks obtained after drawing into strips with a chopper and weaving the strips under the action of a braiding machine so as to prepare the plastic curtain. The craft curtain prepared by using the manufacturing method can have different colors as needed and has a variety of styles, strong antioxidation capability and an actual service life of more than 10 years.
