Abstract

The invention discloses an information transmission method, comprising the steps of: user equipment UE receives uplink indication UL grant from a base station, wherein UL grant includes the maximum value N in a set {Ni, i=1, 2, ..., C}; C is the number of downlink cell carriers corresponding to UE, and is not less than 2; Ni is the sum of the number of downlink subframes bearing the physical downlink share channel PDSCH of the UE and the number of the downlink subframes bearing the physical downlink control channel PDCCH of the UE, wherein the downlink subframes belong to the downlink subframes of the downlink cell carrier i in the set of the related downlink subframes; the PDCCH is used for indicating to release the downlink semi-persisent scheduling service SPS of the UE; the set of the related downlink subframes corresponds to the uplink subframes corresponding to the UL grant; the UE determines the response information according to the maximum value N, and transmits the response information to the base station by the physical uplink channel. The invention also discloses a base station, a terminal and a communication system. The scheme provided by the invention can effectively achieve the transmission of the response information on the physical uplink channel.
