Specifically, a centrifuge unit that is located in an upstream process among a plurality of processing units included in a specimen preprocessing system and that processes a plurality of specimens in a collective manner includes a control means that changes the order of sending the specimens that have undergone centrifugation. With this, processing capacity of the processing units located in downstream processes can be prevented from being reduced.
