A production formula of the fragrant warming plaster comprises 55-66% of reduced iron powder, 1-1.5% of water absorbent resin, 20-30% of purified water, 1-3% of edible salt, 3-10% of vermiculite and 5-9.5% of activated carbon. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) taking reduced iron powder, water absorbent resin and vermiculite according to the proportions in the formula, adding the materials into a sugar coating machine, and uniformly stirring the materials; (2) after the machine stops, adding purified water into the raw materials obtained in the step (1) according to the proportion in the formula, and soaking the raw materials for 10 min; (3) successively adding edible salt and activated carbon into the raw materials obtained in the step (2) according to the proportions in the formula, and uniformly stirring all the raw materials in the sugar coating machine; and (4) adding 0.1-0.5 kg of essence into each 10 kg of total weight of the raw materials obtained in the steps (1), (2) and (3), and uniformly stirring the essence and the raw materials to obtain the fragrant raw materials, loading the fragrant raw materials into high molybdenum and cadmium compound bags after stirring, and sealing the compound bags for future use.
