Problems solved by technology

At present, the accurate measurement of the moisture content of tea leaves is by drying and weighing method. This method takes a long time to measure, at least 1 to 2 hours, and the high-temperature drying process destroys the nutritional content of tea leaves, resulting in test samples that can no longer be eaten. , unable to meet the needs of real-time detection during tea processing

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for rapidly and nondestructively detecting green tea water content based on wavelet transformation. The method comprises the steps of: obtaining a diffuse reflection spectrum of tea leaf samples within a short-wave near infrared spectrum range being 888-1007nm, conducting calculation and transformation to obtain an absorbance spectrum, adopting a db2 wavelet basisfunction to conduct discrete wavelet transformation, extracting a three-scale low-frequency wavelet coefficient to obtain nineteen wavelet characteristic coefficients and accordingly calculating the water content of the samples. The method for rapidly and nondestructively detecting the green tea water content based on the wavelet transformation can rapidly and effectively monitor the dynamic change of the water content during green tea processing and can realize the rapid, nondestructive and low-cost detection of the water content during green tea processing.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of tea processing and detection, and in particular relates to a method for rapidly and nondestructively detecting the water content of green tea. Background technique [0002] Tea products are made from the fresh shoots of tea leaves through a series of physical and chemical changes. The processing procedures of green tea include greening, rolling and drying. The moisture content in these processing procedures directly affects the physical state and chemical properties of raw materials. The process of reaction is the key factor to form the quality of tea. Taking the greening process as an example, the key technology of greening is to determine the time and temperature of greening according to the moisture content of the leaves. At present, the accurate measurement of the moisture content of tea leaves is by drying and weighing method. This method takes a long time to measure, at least 1 to 2 hours, and the high-tempe...
