Abstract

The invention discloses a clamping device for alignment of an optical axis of a compound wave plate. The clamping device comprises an electrically controlled turntable, a fixed wave plate chuck and a rotary wave plate chuck, wherein a wave plate bracket is mounted on the electrically controlled turntable; the fixed wave plate chuck is connected together with a pedestal of the electrically controlled turntable; the rotary wave plate chuck is connected together with a chuck of the electrically controlled turntable; when the clamping device is used, the wave plate bracket which is provided with a wafer is mounted on the fixed wave plate chuck and the rotary wave plate chuck. The clamping device, disclosed by the invention, can be used for clamping each wafer which constitutes the compound wave plate when the optical axis of the compound wave plate is suitable to high-precision alignment, and guarantees that relative rotation with high precision and high resolution can be generated between different wafers. Compared with the conventional wave plate fixtures, the clamping device, disclosed by the invention, not only can realize clamping and precise positioning of two wafers, but also can realize relative rotation with high precision and high resolution generated between two the wafers; and the clamping device disclosed by the invention is more suitable for alignment process of the optical axis of the compound wave plate.
