Two mutually insulated cable wires in a layer are tightly wound outside a silicon rubber strip with a circular section; the two cable wires form a spiral line; a silicon rubber pipe is wrapped outside the spiral line formed by two cable wires; one end of each of two cable wires is connected with a matched impedance ZL; and the other end of each of two cable wires is connected with a time domain reflection measuring instrument. According to the rock-soil body deformation distribution type sensing measuring cable of the parallel spiral transmission line structure, disclosed by the invention, the distribution measurement of rock-soil body deformation and the location of a deformation position are realized, the troubles of unchanged measurement position and unmeasured deformation position in a process of measuring the rock-soil body deformation in precursor of geological disasters such as current landslip, ground depression and the like are solved, and a non-missing measurement tool and means are provided for greatly reducing injury of the geological disasters on human beings.
