Embodiment 1

[0028] Embodiment 1: A kind of laparoscopic disposable purse forceps (see attached figure 1 attached figure 2 attached image 3), including a clamp 1 and a shell, the shell includes a rod at the front end and a handle 6 connected to the rod, and a driving mechanism connected with the clamp and driving the clamp to open and close is provided inside the shell.

[0029] The clamps include fixed clamps 22 and movable clamps 27 (see attached Figure 5 ), the fixed tongs are fixed to the rod portion, the movable tongs and the fixed tongs are hinged through the hinge shaft 24, and the tail end of the movable tongs is connected to the driving mechanism. The opposite faces of the fixed tongs and the movable tongs are provided with some symmetrical rectangular clamping teeth 23, and each clamping tooth is provided with a round hole 11. All the round holes on the fixed tongs are in the same straight line, and all the round holes on the movable tongs are in the same straight line. Bei...

Embodiment 2

[0036] Embodiment 2: A kind of laparoscopic disposable purse forceps (see attached Figure 8 ) The front end of the needle is provided with a small hole near the needle tip, the thread groove on the needle communicates with the small hole, the side of the needle near the small hole is provided with a clamping seam 34, and the end of the suture thread is at the small hole Bend and clamp at seam. Refer to Example 1 for all the other structures.

[0037] After the needle is excited by the pushing force of the push piece, the needle head passes through the tissue, and then the suture is removed from the clamping seam with pliers, and the needle is retracted into the needle tube again. All the other operations are the same as in Example 1.

Abstract

The invention relates to disposable purse-string forceps for a laparoscope, which are used for realizing manual purse suture in the abdominal cavity of a patient and overcome shortcomings that an instrument for a laparoscope which is used for realizing circumferential purse suture for surfaces of digestive tract tissues in the abdominal cavity of the patient cannot enter the pneumoperitoneum to operate in the prior art. The disposable purse-string forceps comprise forceps and an opening and closing driving mechanism which is connected with the forceps, the driving mechanism is disposed in a shell, the shell comprises a rod arranged at the front end and a holding portion connected with the rod, a push rod is disposed in the shell, the tail end of the push rod extends out of the shell, needle holes are arranged on two sides of the inside of the rod, needles penetrate into the needle holes, head ends of suture threads are detachably fixed on needle heads, and needle tail ends are connected with the push rod. The driving mechanism drives the forceps to open and close, the forceps can tightly clamp tissues after being closed, the needles with the suture threads are filled in the needleholes, and are driven by the push rod to penetrate into the tissues, then the suture threads are tied tightly by a tool, and accordingly suture is realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of surgical instruments in medicine and hygiene, in particular to a laparoscopic disposable purse forceps for manually suturing purses in the abdominal cavity. Background technique [0002] Since Kitano et al. reported the first case of laparoscopic-assisted distal gastrectomy in 1994, laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for early gastric cancer has flourished in Japan and South Korea; subsequently, Uyama et al. reported laparoscopic D2 radical gastrectomy for advanced gastric cancer in 1999 . After more than 10 years of development, the technology of laparoscopic surgery for early gastric cancer has matured, and its short-term and long-term curative effect is comparable to that of open surgery. In China, due to the relatively low diagnosis rate of early gastric cancer, advanced gastric cancer accounts for a large proportion, mainly based on laparoscopic D2, D1+α or +β lymph node dissection, and its application has been...
