The invention discloses a gastric tube
guiding catheter special for laparoscopic sleeve
gastrectomy. The gastric tube
guiding catheter is characterized by comprising a pulling piece arranged in a gastric tube
guiding catheter body. The thin side wall of the portion near the
tail end of the gastric tube guiding
catheter body is bent towards the thick side wall of the
catheter body when being pulledby the pulling piece. The arrangement of the pulling piece realizes the adjustment of the bending degree of the guiding
tail end of the gastric tube guiding
catheter body relative to the gastric tubeguiding catheter body. The
diameter of the
tail end of the guiding catheter body is reduced, and therefore the guiding catheter can pass through the
duodenum from the
pylorus conveniently, and balloons are arranged at the tail end of the guiding catheter body; the balloons are expanded after being inflated and then can be used for fixing the gastric tube for facilitating
surgery operation. An indicator lamp is arranged at the tail end so that the position of the gastric tube can be conveniently determined during
surgery. The catheter body is arranged at a gastric terminal part, the balloons are arranged in sections, and different balloons are inflated to guide different parts which are 2 cm, 4 cm and 6 cm away from the
pylorus, so that a precise starting point for
cutting the
stomach is conveniently selected according to different conditions of patients during
surgery.
