Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a mesoporous titanium oxide film loaded on a substrate. The method comprises the following steps of: preparing a titanium-containing compound and potassium salt or sodium salt into sol, standing and ageing; coating the sold on a surface hydroxylated substrate material by using a sol-gel dip-coating method to obtain a film in a polycrystalline form; performing primary roasting on the obtained film, reacting at the temperature of between 5 and 200DEG C in a hydrothermal reactor in the atmosphere of wet gas with the humidity of 1-50 percent, and cleaning by using water or an acidic solution after reaction; and performing secondary roasting to obtain the mesoporous titanium oxide film. The prepared film has high heat flux, and the heat transfer flux is dozens of times that of the traditional heat exchanger; and by combining the surface of the film with low friction coefficient, the film is favorable for a fluid to flow to transfer heat, the heat exchange property is improved, and the film has great application prospect in the fields such as biomedical materials, heat exchangers and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of heat exchange and biomaterials, relates to membrane preparation technology, in particular to a method for preparing a mesoporous titanium oxide membrane loaded on a substrate. Background technique [0002] Titanium and titanium alloys are resistant to corrosion, high and low temperature, high strength, hardness, and low density. They play a pivotal role in the petrochemical industry and are widely used to manufacture heat exchangers and reactors in the production process of acetaldehyde. . In addition, titanium and titanium alloys have excellent biocompatibility and are also widely used in the field of biomedical materials, such as artificial joints, heart valves, dental instruments [1], etc. Even in the fields of navigation and aviation, it is widely used due to the excellent characteristics of its materials. The surface of titanium is covered by natural dense titanium oxide film[2]. These natural dens...
