The novel high-temperature and high-pressure bellow compensator is characterized in that the inner surface of the bellow left connection pipe 2, an annular inner convex ring, the outer surface of the inner casing pipe 5 and an annular outer convex ring form a sliding bearing bush; the two sliding bearings 6 with the self-lubricating characteristic are clamped on two sides of the middle ring 7, inserted into the bellow left connection pipe 2 and sleeved on the inner casing pipe 5; and the bellow left connection pipe 2, the inner casing pipe 5, the two sliding bearings 6 with the self-lubricating characteristic and the middle ring 7 form a sliding bearing supporting friction pair structure.
