no. 1 approach

[0022] figure 1 Shown is a switching device 10 provided eg on a vehicle for operating an on or off state of a defogger. Below, with figure 1 the upper side of the switchgear 10 as the top of the figure 1 The lower side of the switch device 10 will be described as the lower side.

[0023] like figure 1 , figure 2 and Figure 5 As shown, the switch device 10 includes: a base 11 , a base plate 12 , a rubber plate 13 , a box 14 and an operating member 15 . The base 11 has a main body part 111 , a support part 112 and a connector part 113 . The main body portion 111 is formed in a rectangular plate shape. The support portion 112 is provided on one surface of the main body portion 111 , that is, an upper surface, and the support portion 112 is formed in a rectangular box shape with an upper opening. The connector part 113 is provided on the other face of the main body part 111 , that is, the face on the lower side opposite to the support part 112 , and is formed in a rectan...

no. 2 approach

[0056] like Figure 6 As shown, the difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment is that the second recessed portion 31 forms a circle as a whole, that is, a semicircle. In this case, the guide wall 311 of the second recessed portion 31 is formed in an arc shape and connected to the non-return portion 24 . According to this structure, as indicated by arrow C, the foreign matter entering the foreign matter storage chamber 28 advances along the guide wall 311 and is stopped by the non-return portion 24 . Therefore, it is possible to more effectively prevent the backflow of foreign matter.

no. 3 approach

[0058] like Figure 7 As shown, the difference between the third embodiment and the above-mentioned embodiments is that the second concave portion 31 is formed as a whole in a circular shape, that is, a semicircle, and the non-return portion 32 is formed to be curved inwardly of the second concave portion 31 . hook. According to this structure, as indicated by the arrow D, the foreign matter entering the foreign matter storage chamber 28 advances along the guide wall 311 and is stopped inside the non-return portion 32 . Therefore, it is possible to more effectively prevent the backflow of foreign matter.

[0059] In addition, in each of the above-described embodiments, with respect to one contact dome portion 19, the rubber plate 13 has two second recesses 22 or 31, two guide grooves 23, two non-return portions 24 or The non-return portion 32 and the two ventilation grooves 25 . But not limited thereto, the number of the second recessed portion 22 or the second recessed por...

Abstract

The invention provides a switch device having a structure that foreign materials in an air accumulating chamber are hardly sucked to a contact chamber to reduce an imperfect contact due to the foreign materials. The switch device includes a base board having a face on which a fixed contact is provided and an elastic sheet. The elastic sheet includes a contact dome part, a movable contact, a first recessed part, a second recessed part, a guide groove, a nonreturn part, and a vent groove. A contact chamber, an air accumulating chamber, foreign material accumulating chambers, guide passages and vent passages are formed between the base board and the rubber sheet. The air accumulating chamber communicates with the foreign material accumulating chambers through the guide passages. The contact chamber is communicated to the guide passages through the vent passages. The movable contact is engaged with or disengaged from the fixed contact when the contact dome part is elastically deformed. In this case, when the contact chamber breathes, the foreign materials sucked to the air accumulating chamber are guided to the foreign material accumulating chamber by guide passages, and are prevented from flowing out from the foreign material accumulating chamber by the nonreturn part.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a switchgear having a rubber plate elastically deformed by an operating force. Background technique [0002] Conventionally, a switch device used in an automobile or the like includes, for example, a substrate having a fixed contact on one surface and a rubber plate formed of an elastic material and covering the surface of the substrate on the fixed contact side. The rubber plate has a contact dome portion covering a fixed contact on the substrate, and a movable contact is provided on the substrate side of the contact dome portion. In this case, a contact chamber which is a hollow space is formed between the contact dome portion of the rubber plate and the substrate. In addition, the contact chamber communicates with an air storage chamber having a larger volume than the contact chamber. [0003] In the switchgear of the above structure, the contact dome portion of the rubber plate is elastically deformed upon receivi...
