Embodiment Construction

[0036] The present invention may be more readily understood by reference to the following description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the drawings are designed for purposes of illustration only and not as limitations of the present invention. It should be further understood that the drawings are not necessarily drawn to scale, and unless otherwise indicated, they are only intended to conceptually illustrate the structures or steps described in the specification.

[0037] figure 1 It is a schematic diagram of the human blood pressure test curve. figure 1 The y-axis represents the cuff pressure measurement value, and the abscissa represents the time (in the unit of sampling period, each sampling period is 37.5 milliseconds), wherein the curve 101 is the natural pressure release curve, and the curve 102 is the pulse curve. From figure 1 It can be seen that when the cuff is deflated during the blood pressure measurement, the pul...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method and a device for processing pulse wave signals and an electronic blood pressure measuring device. The pulse wave signal processing method comprises receiving pulse wave signals from a pressure sensor, and obtaining a plurality of pulse wave signal samples; and minimizing the whole noise in the pulse wave signal samples to de-noise the pulse wave signals. The pulse wave signal processing method comprises more particularly the steps of performing standardization treatment to give a value not greater than 1 for the pulse wave signal samples; setting initial gamma distribution parameters; performing the standardization treatment on gamma distribution values corresponding to the pulse wave signal samples; based on standardized sample values and standardized gamma distribution values, calculating sample noise values to evaluate the whole noise; judging if a ratio of the whole noise obtained by iteration for the current time to the whole noise obtained by iteration at last time is converged; and based on the convergence, judging corrected gamma distribution parameters; repeating the steps from the step of performing standardization treatment on the gammadistribution values to the step of correcting the parameters until judging that the whole noise is converged, and obtaining the optimized gamma distribution parameters for determining a pulse wave peak envelope curve of the minimized whole noise.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a pulse wave signal processing method and device, and a non-invasive electronic blood pressure measuring device. Background technique [0002] Non-invasive electronic blood pressure measurement devices usually use auscultation and oscillometric methods. Auscultation, also known as Korotkoff sound method, is divided into artificial Korotkoff sound method and electronic Korotkoff sound method. The artificial Korotkoff sound method is the method that doctors and nurses usually use pressure gauges and stethoscopes to measure blood pressure; the electronic Korotkoff sound method uses electronic technology to replace the Korotkoff sound measurement method of doctors and nurses. The oscillometric method, also known as the pressure oscillation method, is a relatively advanced electronic measurement method developed in the 1990s. The working process of the oscillometric method is to first inflate the cuff to block the arterial blood f...
