AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This patented method uses environmental cleanings techniques like excavating tunnels on top soil layers with pipes made from materials that absorb water when exposed during construction work hours without causing secondary contamination. It also reduces energy consumption compared to current methods by allowing the deposited liquid to evaporate naturally over time into solid form instead of being absorbed within porous walls inside the pipeline itself. Additionally, this technique allows for easy removal after use while minimizing any negative impacts on surrounding areas due to its ability to recycle waste material back onto the ground surface through gravity flow. Overall, these technical benefits make the system more efficient and effective at removing liquids such as drilling fluids (mud) collected along underground sewer systems.

Problems solved by technology

Technological Problem: Current methods used for processing contamination deposit pipelines require significant capital expenditure and may result in secondary pollutions due to untreated residue left behind from previous cleanouts. Therefore, there exists a technical solution called environmentally protective dredger (EDD) that combines physical removal and electrical heat abstraction techniques to effectively remove harmful substances while minimizing damage caused by moving objects.

Embodiment 1

[0014] Example 1: The polluted sediment of a sewage reservoir is transported to the pipeline mixer by a dredging ship or a mud pump. The moisture content of the dredged sediment is 93%, and the dredging flow rate is 450m 3 / h, use a metering pump to add a certain proportion of stable curing agent solution and flocculant solution to different pipeline mixers; add a certain amount of stable curing agent solution to the first pipeline mixer through a metering pump (dosing amount About 3‰) mixed with the dredged sediment and reacted for more than 1min, then the metering pump added flocculant solution (dosing amount is about 3‰) to the second pipeline mixer and reacted for about 1min, so that Form flocs. After repeated filling of the bottom mud in the pipe bag, after 10 days of consolidation and dehydration of the bottom mud of the geotechnical pipe bag, the average water content of the bottom mud is about 53%, and the degree of pollutant control is lower than the national standard...

Embodiment 2

[0015] Embodiment 2: The design of the geotechnical pipe bag is: 3.5m in length and 2m in width. The pipe bag designed in this way can be easily placed on the mobile vehicle body. It is convenient to transport and has no floor space. The storage capacity is large; and the bottom mud in the pipe bag can be used as a resource, such as firing into ceramsite and making bricks.

Abstract

The invention discloses a mobile contaminated bottom mud bag pocket dewatering and volume reduction treatment method which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: transporting contaminated bottom mud in a river or water reservoir to closed pipeline mixers via an environment-friendly sand dredger or mud pump, throwing a stabilizing and curing agent into the first pipeline mixer, throwing a flocculating and conditioning agent into the second pipeline mixer, finally dewatering and reducing volume of bottom mud in geotex pipe pockets, and curing and stabilizing bottom mud contaminates. After the bottom mud in the geotex pipe pockets is solidified for 7-50 days, the moisture content of the bottom mud reaches less than 55%. The bottom mud in the bag pockets is transported off the site by using a mobile car body. Treatment or resource utilization reaches national relative standards. The technological innovation bridge spot of the method is 'environment-friendly sand dredging + agent + geotex bag pocket dewatering + natural drying of bottom mud + mobile car body'. Not only is the sludge treatment amount large during project implementation process, but also no site area is occupied, the technology is simple, and the operating cost is low. Good economic benefits are achieved.
