The electric control circuit comprises a valve opening travel mixed reverse power transmission circuit, a valve opening torque mixed reverse power transmission circuit, a valve closing travel mixed reverse power transmission circuit and a valve closing torque mixed reverse power transmission circuit, wherein the valve opening torque mixed reverse power transmission circuit is the is a standby circuit of the valve opening travel mixed reverse power transmission circuit and the valve closing torque mixed reverse power transmission circuit is a standby circuit of the valve closing travel mixed reverse power transmission circuit. Through adoption of the electric control circuit and the electric control method, the operation reliability of the electrically operated valve is increased greatly and the maintenance cost and frequency of the electrically operated valve used in a radioactive environment can be reduced.
